What head office sees
- Every incident your own staff logged, at every Lookout centre: type, time, estimated value, what happened, and whether it was reported to the Gardaí.
- A picture per store: how often each one is hit, when, what it costs, and how much of it reaches the Gardaí.
- Vehicles and similar descriptions seen at more than one centre, as a signal to pass to the Garda liaison.
- A CSV export for your own loss-prevention reporting.
What head office never sees
- Another retailer’s records, or a centre’s overall picture.
- Photos or CCTV stills.
- Names or a watch list. Lookout does not hold either.
Access is read-only. Stores log; head office reads.
What Lookout records, and what it never will →The gap between what happened and what was reported
Store staff log an incident in under a minute on their own phones, whether or not anyone rings the Gardaí. Each record says whether the store reported it: yes, not yet, or no. Head office sees that gap store by store, which is usually the number nobody had before.
How access works
Your stores join through their shopping centre, which holds the Lookout licence. Head-office access is a separate licence, set up with a one-time sign-up code. The participation paperwork is being prepared and will be provided before go-live.
How a centre runs Lookout →What it costs
Per store per month: €40 for 1 to 10 stores on Lookout, €30 for 11 to 50, and €20 for 51 and more, with a €100 monthly minimum. The overview for a first store is free to try.
